Pseudophakodonesis and UGH Syndrome

Reza Razeghinejad, MD, demonstrates the scleral fixation of an IOL in a case of pseudophakodonesis in the eye of a patient with pseudoexfoliation and uveitis-glaucoma-hyphema (UGH) syndrome. The patient presented with vitreous hemorrhage secondary to UGH and high IOP. Dr. Razeghinejad details the combined surgical procedure to fixate the IOL to the sclera and insert a tube shunt.
